I have been a mental health counselor for 12+ years;
I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania, and I also carry an ADHD clinical service provider certification.
I strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment, as I believe therapeutic growth is enhanced by the presence of the authentic self.

those facing systemic medical challenges due to chronic illness
folks looking to deepen or nourish their relationships
individuals going through spiritual uncertainty, or deconstructing their previous beliefs;
those feeling lost in a world that does not fit
