Therapy that fits you

wherever you’re at & however you show up

My “style” of practice is what’s worked for me:

a combination of talk therapy, yoga, and meditation

this incorporation of the somatic & spiritual refuels me

I had the good fortune to meet the right people, at the right times, to aide me in feeling connected to myself

I still use these practices and more.

The most critical part of therapy… is finding the right therapist. We may fit well if:

- you’re looking for a sensory & fidget friendly, neurodivergent affirming (and lived) therapist

- you’ve arrived at a diagnosis later in life, or are exploring “new” parts of who you such as queer identity, value crisis, or religious deconstruction

- you’re recovering from therapy that did not work for you in the past, or systemic trauma related to chronic illness / stigma
