I am also trauma-informed & trained in Trauma Focused-CBT. For theory, I lean heavily into mindfulness based techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment theory
I do NOT believe we are something to be “fixed,” but rather advocate for a whole person approach.
