I am an ADHD- CCSP. I am also neurodivergent. Using a blend of therapeutic approaches, we will work through the emotional underpinnings of living within a non supportive culture, the practical skills that can support nervous system regulation, and a whole-person approach to ND wellness

Couple’s Therapy

These sessions act in support of couples navigating any of the core needs above. I also include, and require, 1:1 sessions in support. This work is short-term, around 6-8 meetings

These couple’s session will support couples to navigate big changes in their family systems, such as gender/sexuality exploration, trying to conceieve, pre or post partum support, or navigating seperation/ divorce. I also require at least one 1:1 meeting in this format
